You can add a family member, spouse, child or partner for $39.99 + tax/ month.

We do limit our memberships for quality control. We are a smaller space and want our members to train comfortably and have access to the equipment they need without the long wait times.

Guided Fitness &

Personal Training

This program was designed for those interested in starting strength training or who have a specific goal in mind and need guidance.

Each package includes:

  • Standard membership with 24/7 facility access

  • Receive and track workouts, plus get feedback through our BridgeTracker App

  • Movement assessment with a coach- this will be your first session where we discuss your goals and will establish baselines for you and your coach to work off of.

Guided Fitness Training - $99/month

  • All the perks of a small group session without the time constraints of pre-set class times! Built for busy people by a busy person.

  • Remote coaching specifically for Panther City Strength

  • 24-hour access to the gym

  • Access to our custom programming options through BridgeTracker

  • 1-1 in-person coaching during open coaching hours at the gym

  • 1 hour introduction to the program, gym, movements and to answer questions

1-1 Direct Coaching 2x weekly- $229/month

  • 2 days/week of one-on-one personal training sessions

  • 24-hour access to the gym

  • Access to our custom programming options through BridgeTracker

  • 1-2 days of programming to do on your own should you want to train more than the two days ( your coach will give you your to do list for the days you’re on your own so you won’t have to think about it )

Fitness Program Options

PANTHERstrong  - For busy people created by a busy person! A 3-day guided training plan for busy adults. Training sessions are designed to last 45 minutes to 1 hour 3x a week.  Strength-specific training focuses on creating new lean tissue and building strength, balance, and coordination.  This program uses a multi-method approach to build resiliency and complements any weight management program. Instructional content is based on the fundamental movement patterns and continues to progress the individual using progressive overload strategies. Multiple movement options are available for each pattern and a coach can help with selection. Appropriate for those who are new to the gym but are comfortable with training independently. In-person coaching hours are available throughout the week. 

  • Better for those who need short workouts

  • No time constraints, work-out any time of the day

  • Pre-set coaching hours for 1-1 in-person check-ins with a strength coach 

  • Great for beginners

  • Focus on the fundamentals - Muscular strength and cardiovascular health

  • Any age group ( teens - 60+) 

Compete Everyday! - A 3-day + optional day of training program designed for those with 6+ months of gym experience. Training sessions are designed to last 1 hour to 90 minutes.  Compete every day is a structured training program built for the athlete inside all of us. This program includes expanding on the fundamental movement patterns, plyometrics (jumping and throwing), and basic oly techniques. Compete Everday is the base of all competitor-specific programs written by Gregg to produce resilient humans ready for anything from the sports field to the moving truck. In-person coaching hours are available throughout the week. Gregg will lead 1-3 workouts per month on Saturdays.

  • Better for those looking for an advanced solution or specific sports outcome 

  • Great complement to competitive athletes (fighters, strongmen) 

  • Exploring multiple movement strategies each session

  • Challenge sets (max effort) are used to gauge improvement 

Powerlifting Club (Beginners +) 

The PCS Powerlifting Club is a barbell-specific guided training option for those interested in powerlifting or who want to improve their SBD overall. Led by Gricelda, this program is designed to take those with some gym experience through the steps leading to their first experience on the platform. 

  • Open gym hours for technique review 

  • Competition prep for newbies or those with less than 2 years of experience

  • Specific to barbell-type movements
