I’m a beginner to the world of strength coaching, but I’m a long time fitness fanatic. I’m a runner, a kids’ running coach, a professional, and a wife and mom. I understand how hard it can be to make fitness a regular part of your routine! I believe that strength training is the most important habit to build for longevity and independence. It can improve your performance in all other areas of your life - whether you’re training for your next marathon or simply want to feel more confident in your own skin. I’m a Certified Personal Trainer and Pain Free Performance Specialist, and I look forward to taking the knowledge I’ve gained and applying it to help clients reach their individual goals.
